Read the Whole Board
Level: Advanced
Work backward through the whole board's chain before making a move.
The heart of advanced play is looking not at the single move in front of you, but at the next three or four moves it will open up. Check whether one move leads to a build in another column or exposes a face-down card.
Irreversible moves (sending a card to a foundation, filling your last empty column) demand extra caution. Use undo to test several paths and pick the best one.
When you feel stuck, retracing your last few moves and playing them in a different order often gets you unstuck. Order is what decides the game.
